Yves Rocher #2

 

Last week when I got back to Copenhagen a letter from Yves Rocher was waiting for me, these products were the ones to try out this time: A brush, three eyeshadows and a khôl.

The brush is great - not much to say about it, it's a good brush... The khôl is cool and really nice if you want to get a kind of smushy-look, which I personally prefer! The eyeshadows are so awesome! First of all I love glitter and everything that glitters! So it's pretty obvious that I love them! Anyways, they also blend very good! I used both the khôl and eyeshadow on New Years Eve and it lasted all night!

Yves Rocher #1

 

I don't remember if I've mentioned it before, but I was chosen by Yves Rocher to become one of their "makeup-blogger-reviewers." So each month I get send some different products to try. Some months ago I received these to lipsticks and three nailpolishes. I gave one of them to my littlesister before I took this pictures, that's why the last nailpolsh is missing... Anyways I totally adore the red nailpolish, it's the perfect red - you know, the one you're always looking for, but never can find... And it lasts long! Bonus! The see-through nailpolish is a "quick-dry nailpolish" you just drip it on your nails, wait a few seconds and they are as dust!

I have only tried the rosa/red lipstick, but I'm very satisfied with it also, it stays where it's supposed to be and have a very nice everyday colour!

Manucure couture

Got these nailpolishes some weeks ago and today I tried to do the manucure, and well it didn't turn out as pretty as I wanted. Some of my nails look like a five yeared old girl painted them, anyways my thumb turned out okay... - I've put a "Matte About You" from Essie on the top to give it a nice finish

I can feel a huge new years outfit crisis on it's way, I'm thinking the Paul & Joe sequin blazer and my crazy high Nelly heels, but whatelse? A dress, pants, jeans, skirt oh my... One thing's for sure I'm going all in on the makeup and this year I will try to remember to take some pictures before I've been drinking champagne and wine.. I tell you last years photos are bad, funny, but bad! Normally it's a faux-pas to do both eyes and lips but for New Years everything is accepted. I'm tempted to do a crazy smokey eye with false eyelashes with powerfull red lips! All these pictures are Tom Ford, j'adore!

Les parfums

When it comes to perfumes I'm like an old lady, I love heavy and spicy scents. My three favorites are Balmain La Môme, Chanel No 5 and Yves Saint Laurent Opium. Okay, in the summer I normally wear more light and flower-ish perfumes - I'll show you my summer favorites when there's sunlight outside my window, but I prefer the heavier ones.

April

A few weeks ago I was lucky to get my hands on some makeup from Chanels spring/summer 2012 collection "Spring Harmony". The first piece I'll show you is this red/pink coloured nailpolish named April, "a highly luminous garnet of wild berries." The perfect spring/summer replacement for Rouge Noir.

The nailpolish will be out in January.
